Leaf chain & sprockets are available in pitch sizes ranging from 1/2 in. to 2 in., pin dia. ranging from 0.156 in. to 0.687 in. &10sile strengths ranging from 4,000 lbs. to 156,000 lbs. Applications include agricultural, conveyors, drilling, electronics assembly, food processing, fork lift trucks, hoists, packaging & textile machinery.Leaf Chain & Sprocket is manufactured to ANSI (American) standards and is a heavy-duty series of leaf chain & sprocket. The most common applications for leaf chain & sprocket is forklifts, material handling, and lifting applications that require a high strength and heavy duty chain & sprocket. The standard BL488 leaf chain & sprocket that we offer is manufactured using high quality comp1nts (pins and plates) that have g1 through special manufacturing processes to ensure strength and durability, more so than other leaf chain & sprockets on the market.
