GBL sequence Submerged Scraper CZPT (referred to as SSC) is mostly employed for the ongoing elimination of slag at the base of 25-1000MWe coal-fired generating device. Thanks to the diverse boiler composition and slag discharge manner, 1 boiler can be geared up with 1 or two Submerged Scraper CZPTs.

Submerged Scraper CZPT is largely composed of chain, scraper, driving mechanism, driving system, tensioning system, chain guidebook wheel gadget and other components. The technical specs of chain, effective duration of scraper and driving mechanism for Submerged Scraper CZPT differ with the requirements of Submerged Scraper CZPT. The length n of the Submerged Scraper CZPT varies from ten to 60m in accordance to the use specifications. When n ≤ 14m, the Submerged Scraper CZPT usually leaves the factory (if the head of the is also higher, it will be shipped in two sections) when n > 14m, the Submerged Scraper CZPT normally leaves the manufacturing facility in two to six sections, which will be welded as a total during the subject set up.
